Holland Week

Dutch cuisine has a long and interesting history and includes everything from exotic soups to the lightest of pastries. Explore the abundance of traditional 17th century, local and regional dishes at Seasons Restaurant! The Holland week plunges you in to the Dutch Golden age and is organized in cooperation with the Embassy of Netherlands; the week will be accompanied by a series of business cultural and social events taking place at the hotel and in the city. The Dutch are renowned for hearty soups, main courses like Asparagus Hollandaise, Chicken from the Golden Age, Philosopher’s Stew, wonderful local mussels, as well as their unique Dutch cheese.
